At Swimdays, we ensure that your shopping experience is a smooth sail. Here are our return and exchange policies for your perusal.

We do not offer refunds on our swimwear.

We allow size exchanges on all swimwear, including bodysuits, shorts, and leggings.

For any size or style based exchange, please raise a concern within seven days of the purchase. Kindly ensure that the swimwear is unused, unwashed and intact with its original packaging.

For damaged or incorrect items, please raise a concern within 24-48 hours of receiving the product. To efficiently process your claim, we request a video recording while unpacking the item. Please create a video as you begin opening the seal.

Initiating a Return or Exchange:

To request an exchange, email support@shopswimdays.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 8120254039. Once we approve the request, we will arrange pickup or shipping with you. Courier costs are decided case by case.

Any unauthorised returns/exchanges will not be accepted.

CANCELLATIONS

We understand that there may be certain circumstances that require a cancellation. Kindly write to us at support@shopswimdays.com within 24-48 hours, so we can initiate the process.
